Not so much of a bug, but a suggestion. On the PC Edition we can choose what gun, turret, tracks, anything we want. This is a handy feature as sometimes we like to use different guns on our tanks. The "configurations" lock me in to a gun that I don't know what it is before I purchase it. For example. I hate the semi-auto canons. They are less powerful and tend to not be as accurate as they're single shot brothers. I "upgrade" my Ltracktor, which has a pretty good gun starting out, and now my single shot canon is replaced by a semi-auto that I can't get back out of, because I already purchased a higher configuration.

So really, 2 suggestions in one.
1) Make the upgrade system more like PC Edition.
2) Allow a person to resort to a different configuration if they so desire.

Configurations as a whole dont bother me as much.  I will second being able to revert to an earlier upgrade package, if so desired

I love Configurations, that's what makes this game different from any tank game out there. I agree with MC NARS. Please allow the first suggestion.

I agree with original post.  There are many different beneficial configurations for different players.  Not to mention it gets you into a better sense of immersion if you know what's being upgraded.  On the PC version I like saving up my research points for one part at a time. With this set up you'd have to play alot longer with more time inbetween upgrades.  Certainly everyone's goal is to upgrade their tank to the max, but along the way there are some parts that just aren't as essential to every players game style. Let's see the full upgrade tree like in PC version. Thanks!

I would like to see upgrades as DLC as well, or like in Defiance, some kind of lock boxes with random upgrads. I think that would be cool.

What if tanks had different functions? One is a shield, healer or has ability to resurrect. One can make the radar screwy, provide camouflage or a short emp burst. What if my team got destroyed and instead of hiding and surviving I had a way to still be a threat, like last stand, added shield, instant kill, etc.

this is a tank game, not an RPG.
